This online tool ("Lightfinder") is provided by cor light GmbH, located in Germany, for lighting design. It is designed to provide a method for lighting design where the lighting designer defines illumination constraints to be fulfilled and the Lightfinder automatically provides an optimized selection and placement of luminaires that fulfils the illumination constraints.

Lightfinder is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cor light GmbH do not guarantee that Lightfinder will be error-free, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, cor light GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

your use or inability to use Lightfinder;

any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence or intentional harm.
